A great game to watch with both sides playing good football. Cullercoats dominated the play and were pressing forward searching for an opening goal. After some good chances which cullercoats were unable to convert into a lead, the first half ended 0-0. The second half started the same as the first had ended with cullercoats asking all of the questions. On the rare occasion galaxy got a chance Scott McKie the cullercoats keeper was quick to snuff it out. Cullercoats broke the deadlock with a wonder strike from Jack Stronach into the top corner, there was only going to be one winner after that. A great team performance and a well deserved victory in hard conditions with some great individual performances from Matthew Williamson, Kieron Smith, Jack Stronach, Matthew sharp and MOTM Scott McKie.
