4.30pm   Under 8s, 9s, 10s and 11s Age Groups.
              Presentation of Team Awards and brief word from each age group coaches.  
 
5.30pm   Under 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s and 17s Age Groups.
              Presentation of Team Awards and brief word from each age group coaches.
 
6.30pm   Under 19s, Reserves and Seniors Team Awards and brief word from each age group coaches.
 
7pm        Video Presentation - On Going.
 
7.30pm    Address by Club Chairman  -  Ken ELLIS
 
7.45pm    Presentation (By Celebrity) of Individual Team Awards.  All Age Groups>
 
8.45pm    Main Club Awards.  -  Clubman of Year  -  Coach of Year
 
9pm        Raffle Draw   -   Any prizes donated would be gratefully accepted.  Please give to any Coach or Committee               person.
 
9.30pm   Dancing and Drinking to Live Band  "LAZY"
 
11.30pm Last Orders
 
Midnight   -   Everyone Home to bed after we hope a good night had by all.
 
We hope to have some sort of entertainment for the younger players early on.
 
The kitchen will be open for refreshments,  Hot Dogs etc.
 
Can coaches please try and let Gary know how many will be attending.  This so that we can judge what food to get in.
